1. The increase of CDI system capacity in Romania to accumulate knowledge, results and overriding experience in high scientific and technological domains and to spread and transfer them towards economical and social medium to raise its competitive.
2. The optimum focusing and capitalization of the scientific and technologic potential existent in Romania.

1. Accomplishment of a scientific and technologic cluster integrated in technologic platform European Technology Platform on Advanced Engineering Materials and Technologies.
2. Focusing of human and material resources of IFT and UPB leads to increasing the CDI activity quality.
3. Optimum capitalization of the high scientific potential existent in UTI and UPB higher education institutions.

1. The quality increase of CD units and institutions activity in Romania in order to assure the development and focusing of human and material resources.
2. Promoting the participation of research-development units and institutions from Romania in the European and International research programs and the conjunction to the European research area, including the integration in European technological platforms.

The project follows the thematic direction of the integrated technologies for industrial applications aiming knowledge integration, technologies and new production processes in sectorial applications with concrete implication in thermal systems construction.

The assurance of an achievement accuracy for heat diagram positioned between 3 and 5 °C. The achievement of a energy economy in comparison with classical variant of heat system of approximately 25%, economical efficiency estimated as an average of the industrial applied solutions. the realized expert system will permit the obtain of some small heat speeds of 8 – 10 °C/h.

The functionality of the proposed solution to the series production.
The industrial implement with low costs of the new proposed technology.
Success rate of the application (repeatability degree of the results).
Definition clarity and technological parameters framing according to estimated success rate under the conditions of industry appliance.

The achievement of a new expert system type.
The development of UTI and UPB own researches in heat systems domain.

Industrial implement of heat systems assisted by expert systems. Exploitation performances improvement of thermal systems:

  • errors elimination and technological blockages.
  • increase of reaction speed
  • increase of exploitation period

The initiation of partnerships and intern and international collaborations between research-development units and economic agents from Moldavia for CEEX program and also the determination of real chances in FP7 European program.

The achievement of the experimental and functional model of the heat system commanded by the expert system (stages 2 and 3 – Achievement plan)

The demonstration of functionality and utility of the elaborated solution.

Presentation manual and Experiment Report of ST heat system commanded by SE expert system (stage 4). The assembly of software and hardware components in a unitary conception (stage 5).
