Technical proposed solution presents the most advantageous leading way because it can be implement a conventional automation structure which already exists and in case of computer damage the process management can be done with conventional equipments. In case that it is not needed any manual intervention the leading actions are estimated by the computer and directly applied to the process, the system is called "ON-LINE" in closed circuit.

NOVELTY DEGREE AND SOLUTION ORIGINALITY consists in adjusting method used as a combination between variation of energy quantity in heating elements and variation of their connecting time and the replacement of thermal system command type “all or nothing” with a continuous adjusting command assuring feasibility and durability increase of the thermal system.

In the adjoining figure is presented the block scheme of thecommand expert system of a thermal system, upplied to the industrial thriphase net 380 V and 50 Hz and temperature is considered its measurement parameter.
PS power source can be built on the structure of a commendable static converter type M3 assuring the thriphase supply of the thermal system with a continuous adjusting tension.
IBM-PC represents a personal computer, IBM compatible which takes the role of numeric regulator and accomplishes it through software component.

PPI parallel programmable interface its purpose is to expend the number of available outputs on the parallel standard interface LPT of an IBM-PC compatible computer. It is necessary the existence of two parallel ports of 8 bitts for data exchange with D/A and A/D blocks, and a commands port to configure the system so that it could be use a specialized circuit from INTEL range.
D/A digital-analogical conversion block has as purpose the delivery of an electric signal at its output (tension, current) proportional with the numeric expression received at input. In this case D/A block gets from IBM-PC calculus system, through the position prevailed in the block scheme, a numeric value and it gives at output o continuous tension situated in 0-10 V scale necessary for the command of PS power source.
A/D digital-analogical conversion block gives at output a number in binary representation proportional with analogical input. A/D conversion supposes the submission of the input signal at two operations: sampling and quantization. The first operation defines the temporal aspect of conversion and the sampling way of the samples while the second defines exactly the procurement way of the numeric equivalent of analogical input.
AMUX analogical multiplexing block are its role is to permit the reception of more electrical signals on a channel meaning to realize a time share of the A/D input channel. The operation of analogical multiplexing needs duplexers to redirect the useful signal on the desired channel. In its simplest variant the analogical multiplexer can be assimilated with a rotary switch with n positions or with n switches assembly where one is closed while the others are opened.
A1, A2 measurement amplifiers. The majority of expert systems that work with analogical data work with high level tension signals (0 ... 5 V, 0 ... 10 V), but not always the used transducers (in case of measuring some non-electrical inputs) can give such signals. Thus it appears the necessity of amplifying the signals given by the expert system until compatible values to the signals that can be read at the input. To solve this problem there are used measurement amplifiers. The practical implement of measurement amplifiers is based on operational amplifier which is capable to assure a big gain into a large frequencies scale and it is characterized by symmetrical supply, differential input, asymmetrical output, higher amplification and input impedance.
Nowadays the apparatus and numerical measurement system dominate on the profile equipments market caused to some irrefutable advantages: high accuracy, increased work speed, multiple work possibilities, high automation degree of the measurement process, flexibility and programmability, increased possibilities of integrating complex measurement systems, feasibility and self-testing facilities, small gauge etc.
